We are seeking a proactive and community-oriented Mandal Shramik Mitra (MSM) to join the Smart Shramik Mission at the field level. In this entry-level role (0-1 year experience), you will work within assigned mandals and nearby villages to identify unorganised workers, assist them with mission registration, and create comprehensive worker profiles. Acting as the primary bridge between the mission and the local community, you will also explain available welfare support and connect workers with valuable training and livelihood opportunities.
